Cracking the wordpress default design!

After several months of deep thinking I have decided to start sites using wordpress as cms. The only thing that sucks is that default designs are majorly used for blogs. if I use it on my site, it won’t be considered as a site, but BLOG.

Hence I decided to crack wordpress design so that I can come up with my “default” style. :)

So far the design structure looks easy. We will see how far this goes. ;)

The advantage is that you can customize wordpress to a great extent and build sites completely running over wordpress. Updating will be very easy and no more to say about SE friendlyness. Also there are lots of plugins for advertising, sitemaps etc that makes wordpress an efficient CMS.
