Namecheap is literally cheap!!!

I recently acquired a domain that is registered under namecheap registering service. The seller was quick and fast he did push the domain to my recently created user account.

Then it took 24hrs to update nameservers. While my beloved DirectI system takes no more than 5 minutes to update nameservers.

Another thing was to update whois information, I updated it the very first day checked every 24hrs later to find the whois still shows old owner. I thought it will take another 24hrs to become what I want.

Astonishingly today when I checked it, it shows support@namecheap as the new owner!!!
The domain is still in my account and nameservers etc shows what I have set, but the other informations are of namecheap. I don’t remember inserting namecheap info on MY domain.

I have emailed the support asking clarification.

This is yet another bad experience from domains.

Also it makes one thing clear DirectI is way better than Namecheap.

I love DirectI.
