Namecheap sucks!

After the recent instability on whois change, I sent a support request asking what the heck is going on with my domains ?

I politely explained them the problem I ‘m having and requested to resolve the problem. The very next day I got a message saying

” Everything should be fine now :)

Yep!

Now my second domain also shows ‘ support@namecheap.com’ as owner!! wtf?

Now both domain shows same stuff:

Namecheap sucks!!

The only thing I can confirm is nameserver has been changed as I set.
