It is not normal. Perhpaps your line has too much noise. Check with BSNL about this.

hi frnd. i got a new bsnl connection ul 625 plan…….
i am getting a download speed which is in b/n 5kbps to 20 kbps…
is this the normal speed…….
am using type2 adsl 2+ modem….

i have been using bsnl broadband in two system (office and home) for this purpose i am using two adsl modem in both the system, but problems is that this is not working simentaniosly .
i hope if you have any solution kindly guide me for the better solution
for your kind information i am using these systems in LAN .
